Mikhail Oshlakov has started his career in 1991 in the Academy sciences of the USSR and than was working in the Government and the Parliament of Russia, 10 years in the international companies in Cyprus. 

Since 2007 Mikhail Oshlakov was headed Kargasok Group - an esteemed company known by the investment projects in industrial sphere. In 2025 Kargasok Group was transformed into the new transborder company - IA ADD Group so to provide the shareholders and partners with the world leading services. 

Mikhail Oshlakov is the author of monographs on the Cyprus economy, editor of the state reports on financial conrtol legislation, a cavalier of numerous state and public awards, a personal commendation from the President of Cyprus and Archbishop of Cyprus. He is also a honorary citizen of Itum-Kali district of the Chechen Republic. He speaks English, Greek, and Chechen languages.
